Football & Netball Sports Tournament | Goromonzi August, 2022

On 21 August 2022, we hosted a sports tournament held in Goromonzi. A total of 550 people attended the tournament and it was a social interaction and sports day. Chief Gore was the guest of Honor at this event and he graced the event. 8 football teams and 2 netball teams participated in the competition. Mr Mapanda (CEO) and Mr Chirenda (Director AHF) presented the winning teams with prizes. Mental health talks were held on the day. Leon led the talk, he delivered a small mental health reminder to the men’s football teams  before the tournament began and the rest of the AHF staff mingled with everyone at the event sharing small talks.
